2.1 Speakers shipped with no connectors

I got these speakers yesterday (less than 24 hours after I ordered them, which is great): http://www.scan.co.uk/products/speed...-black-30w-rms They're supposed to come with a remote wired control that plugs in the bass amp and on my motherboard/sound card, as this part is missing I cannot even test the speakers since I cannot hook them to my computer, it's frustrating. Also didn't find any instructions. Can I get the the connector rather than dealing with an RMA? The speakers probably work but there's no way I can know. Thanks.
