Samsung Spinpoint MP4 HDD - Stock ?

Just wondering when the Samsung Spinpoint MP4 HDDs are likely to be in stock ?

I'm interested in the HM250HJ or most likely the HM320HJ.

320gb single platter, 16mb cache, 7200rpm, 2.5" drive....

It might actually make GT5 load quick until SSD prices come down ;-) The WD equivalent drives are meant to be good but have a few issues on PS3 due to the constant head parking. It causes iPlayer to stutter a lot but loading times are much better than stock drives.

Or can anyone recommend a SSD for PS3 ? PS3 doesn't support trim function so it needs some auto garbage collection algorithm.

These have been out in the USA for a while and are available in Europe but none in the UK.

Does anyone know when they will come to the UK and when Scan might get them ? Thanks
