Are you sure the warranty is 12 months? I'd like clarification before I buy. According to Gigabyte it should be 3 years.

It's 3 years mate, and they have the best UK warranty at the moment, turnaround to them is 2-3 days!

Scan is probably showing their own warranty info where you don't have to deal with Gigabyte.

It's not consistent though. Some Gigabyte VGA cards show 2 year warranty. I contacted Gigabyte once and they stated that all UK warranty is with the retailer. There is a fee of £10 if you deal with them directly.
