    Xbox 360 HDD question...

Does the 250GB Xbox 360 HDD (LN37892) come with a data transfer cable included in the package?

    Cheers

No they just come with the drive from memory and the Transfer Cable is another item on it's own. Scan might include one with their package but generally they need to be bought separately from memory.

I know the old Xbox 360 drives came with a transfer cable... I'm pretty sure the official Xbox 360 'S' HDD's also come with a transfer cable but it doesn't mention this on Scans website.

HMV's description says it comes with a transfer cable: http://hmv.com/hmvweb/displayProduct...T.mc_id=101689

HMV seem to be the only people saying it comes with a cable though, play, amazon, game, grainger games, asda, tesco and a few others I've just checked make no mention of a cable either. Probably better just calling Scan but I doubt it would come with the cable. I know when I bought the older 120GB drive it came with the CD and cable but with the new 360 there is no need for the CD any more and just the cable and MS sold it separately to make a bit more money out of people :/
