    Graphics card RMA

I took in a faulty graphics card on 1/7/11 for and RMA but as the fault did not appear while I was in store I was told the card would have to go in for testing. I've been through the RMA process several times with scan and every time I've brought something in before, I've been given a sheet of paper with various information on such as an RMA number and the name of the hardware I've brought in.

This time that has not happened, I was given a screenshot of whatever software they use to log a query in the scan system that says the username of the staff member who submitted the query, the model of my graphics card as well as various numbers, none of which correspond to an RMA on the scan website. I've not had any communication from scan and I'm a little worried as they had my last RMA for 9 months before I went into the store and asked what was going on.
[edit] had been into the store multiple times for a few months after I submitted the 9 month RMA but had to go to Uni so couldn't visit for a while after.

tl;dr I took hardware in for an RMA but wasn't given an RMA number and haven't been contacted.
