Sorry for the delay in getting back to you - I was off work yesterday, but after checking this case with the technical guys I can say that the floppy facia is not removeable.

Would of made a nice kit with a black floppy/card reader in it...

why not look at the scan N4CE case then - this is a much better case and allows you to use the 6 in 1 readers etc in them.
