Unhappy Kingston 120GB HyperX Deal - Delayed Order E-mail???

I quote the e-mail I have received from scan regarding the Kingston HyperX 120GB SSD that i nought due to the £65 promotion they ran below:-

    Re: Delayed Order Notification

    Hi there,

Thank you for your order from Scan.

Please regard this email as an active notification of a delay in your order, due to a temporary shortage in stock of the following item/s:

    1. LN44593 – KINGSTON 120GB HyperX 3K SSD
    Estimated Lead Date 25/06/2012

    ------------------------------------------------------

Now, During the promotion stock did run out, BUT they quite clearly stated on their website that any orders placed before the promotion ended would be despatched either Tomorrow (Tuesday) or Wednesday due to them receiving a batch from Kingston. So my question is why have I now been given an estimated lead date of the 25th June which is a week away?

Wild guess here, they have sold out that stock as well or didn't get as much as they hoped for.
