The last 3 orders from Scan have failed to be delivered on time, it's been a 2 day service rather than 1. I spoke to a girl on the support line the first time it happened and she said DPD can't deliver to Aberdeen in 1 day (not sure why as every other courier can!). On that occasion she refunded the full postage and said next time I order to expect a day delay. So I did for the next order and that was fine.
This time I ordered on Wednesday, specifically paying for Sat delivery as it's the only day with someone in, but just got off the phone with DPD and Scan and they can't deliver until Monday... I gave them enough time to organise the delivery, also the guy on the phone @ Scan didn't sound like he cared - only offered me the 1.50 (or whatever it is) difference in delivery costs. He didn't quite grasp the concept that I paid for Saturday as I needed it on Saturday and not Monday (which I wouldn't have got anyway since like most I work and can't be sitting at home on a weekday waiting for a package).
I would like to add that even though I've always checked your site every day for the offers and ordered many times (including a couple of full systems) I will be moving to another supplier as I can't be bothered with the failed promises of delivery.
