    Product information on LN44470

I'm trying to get a optical drive adapter for a hard drive so I can use my SSD as the main drive and the old hdd as the additional drive in my laptop, I saw you had LN44470 (Icy Box IB-AC642)

Does the item let you screw in the SSD or affix it securely by some other method? The last one I had (received today and already requested an RMA as it's either damaged in transit or terrible quality) had just a small insecure plastic clip keeping the drive in place, to me that just isnt secure enough as there was 2-3mm of gap between the top of the HDD and the enclosure, it rattled pretty badly

Is it possible for someone to check please, or even to get some protos of it with a drive in place, there are no proper reviews online for this and no site has anything other than the stock photos they have on the website

    Thanks

For comparison the one I previously bought was: http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0074AWDI6

a standard height SSD (I was using an OCZ Vertex IIRC) and a standard height HDD (Samsung 640gb 2.5") wouldn't fit securely in the enclosure

After checking the icybox holder has 4 screw holes on the bottom which can be used to secure the SSD into place.

    Best Regards,

    Re: Product information on LN44470

Got it today, so far looks much better than the cheapy one I bought and only a fraction more, with the enclosure for the old optical drive

    Thanks again Lee!
