I've been away for a while and I logged in recently to find I am no longer getting free delivery from Scan. Is it possible for me to get free delivery once again?

What value is in your cart? It will need to be over the qualifying amount, and for you to be logged in, to be removed.

I had placed an item over £40. I recall you had to have an item over £20 ex tax?

The whole basket needs to be over £20 ex. VAT, yeah. Hopefully Scan will see this in due course and let you know. I presume it's not an issue of postcode?

I ordered some stuff early last month and thought I was charged for postage as it showed on the website but when I got the bill I noticed it was free, once again SCAN provide excellent service.
