Fan Clicking sound

I bought a Coolermaster V550S from scan, and installed it yesterday. It has this odd clicking sound (like the fan is hitting against something). Video to demonstrate the sound:



Pretty sure its not the other fans hitting against something.

It's not a front case fan or anything else is it? That almost sounds like a wire tapping against a fan. I would guess make sure it's the PSU then RMA it.
Don't wait for a reply on here though, get the RMA going imo.

Im pretty sure it is coming from the bottom of the system. It comes and goes, atm its okay, which is annoying because if they do inspect it at my place, I would have to hope/pray that it clicks lol.

I have sent a ticket now.

Edit:

It appears to come under load. My guess is that the fan speeds up and causes the rattle.
