    RMA Problem

    Dear Scan.

    I sent back my psu that was faulty, and scan tested it and deemed it was in fact faulty.

    my rma status has been stuck on "AWAITING REPLACEMENT/CREDIT" for a week now, your website is stating that the replacement psu is in fact in stock.

    I am getting a little bit annoyed over this, the lead time on the rma was suppose to be 3-5days.

    how can it take a week to find a replacement for my psu that is currently in stock.

    I have ordered all my pc parts off scan over the years and spent a small fortune, I always beleived in scan in case I ever had to RMA a item and never doubted that that scan wouldn't live up to there name. however I am not so sure anymore with this rma taking so long, I mean how long can it take for someone in the stock room to click the computer and authorize my rma?

    can someone please sort this out for me please ?
