EVGA 780GTX Classified Order
Hi,
I was wondering if someone from scan could help me I have been checking the website everyday for the EVGA 780gtx classified to appear on the scan website, well finally today it was on there so I ordered two of them and got the confirmation and dispatch which was really quick, but on checking the invoice text tonight I noticed the part it says that has dispatched is a EVGA 780 GTX SC ACX version which isn't the correct one I ordered.
Is there anyway to verify if I have been sent the correct part or the wrong one please?
PS btw I spoke to someone in sales today about the free game that comes with it and he didn't mention at the time, so hopefully its just an error with the invoice.

Hi,
I have spoken to customer services who have been very helpful and told me to reject the delivery it will go back to scan and they will re-invoice with the correct product, thanks for your help it looks as though its all going to get sorted now, only have to wait until the correct product comes into stock, but I can wait, again thanks to scan for sorting this out easily.

Was there any indication of an ETA when you spoke to them jrayb? Maybe you could find our Mark? :)
I ordered a couple yesterday too - I know initially these cards will be a nightmare to get hold of so hopefully it'll be sooner rather than later!

Sorry chaps, no E.T.A currently, we were expecting these yesterday but it seems they are in extremely high demand and short supply I am afraid :(
