    Gigabyte Aivia Osmium fault

    Hi there,

I purchased one of these last year and it has been great except the LED under the enter key has stopped working. Can you let me know if this is something that's under warranty (I hope so) and if so if its a return you can deal with or if i need to contact gigabyte direct (As they seem to offer no help regarding peripheral RMA on their site).

    Many thanks

    Neil

I note that some scan folks are replying to threads above this, would appreciate a reply please. This is obviously not urgent hence i haven't rung or anything as I thought after 6 days someone would have replied here..

Again you are replying to some threads and ignoring this one. I don't feel like its a particularly difficult question, perhaps if you don't know you could just let me know or something. I have always had good customer service from you in the past but if this is your idea of a support forum then I am pretty disappointed.

    N3il,

I am very sorry for the delay, I genuinely did not spot your thread.

Can you please provide me with your invoice number and I will check the warranty status for you, if you do not want to paste the invoice in a post reply then please send me via PM.

    Kind regards,

Thanks for the reply, as i said it is not urgent but was a little frustrating not getting a reply

Don't see what harm an old invoice number can do, its *******.

    Cheers

    N3il,

Having checked the details I can confirm that the item carries a 3 year warranty, I will raise an RMA and forward all of the details to you.

    Kind regards,

    N3il,

If returning the item in the original box would cause you problems then sending the unit back in alternative packaging is fine.

    Kind regards,
