Ebay Click & Collect - no longer available??

I've bought all my recent SCAN orders via Ebay as it was so convenient to get the parts delivered to my local Argos and collect them on the way home from work. Last night I looked and couldn't see the option any more - have you opted out of the scheme? Disappointed enough to join these forums and let you know.

No, this service is still running to my knowledge.

Indeed I'm looking at a product this second with the option available.

How bizarre! Just checking it's not my account - do you see it on either of these items?

Why not both post screenshots with browser & version, then others can compare & give you feedback?

Re: Ebay Click & Collect - no longer available??

I don't know what the click & collect interface looked like, but I can say those two urls render pretty much the same in Chrome on my laptop as in the screenshots above & I can't see any textual reference.

[Edit:] I looked some examples up. Definitely not showing here on the storefront pages. Have you tried taking an order as far as choosing the delivery option to see if it's offered then?

[Edit 2] Ok, the only delivery option on the psu url is post by dpd. No mention of c&c.

Re: Ebay Click & Collect - no longer available??

mroz: if the item has Ebay Click & Collect available, it shows in the search results

And it will show on the product listing page

    Cheers!

I can confirm that the Click & Collect service which is now out of the trial and fully operational is only an available option on listings that offer free shipping as a standard option.

That's a shame, but thanks for the clarification Wesley.
