    DPD Shocking

    Once again they have delivered my parcel to the wrong location.

    Its not just once they have done this as well, I ask for it to be delivered to my work address they drop it off at our warehouse address, yes they both have the same name but the address is different.

    Utter laziness on the drivers part, why make two trips when I can leave everything here and let them sort getting it to the other building.

    I am sorry guys but I am going to have to think twice about where I order from next time, if DPD are going to deliver then ill have to look elsewhere, this is totally unacceptable.

    is it a seperate postcode or same?

    i have issues sometimes with some couriers as the postcode here covers several addresses over about 1 mile distance and ofc satnavs send them to the first one!

    last time dpd impressed as the driver called me up having been to the first address. I even posted in these forums at the time as it was in my mind a really excellent service.
