Corsair Air 540

I bought this case from you just before Christmas, the problem is it has a rather nasty piece of unpainted grill near the front at the top of the case. I was hoping to get the part from corsair but I have had no response as to if this would be possible and it's been a while now and would quite like to get my system transferred to the new case. The link to the forum post to corsair is here (Hexus forums). So my question is do I need to send the whole case back to you guys and if so who picks up that postage tab as it at least £13 for me to arrange postage making it the most expensive Air 540 on the internet . As said in the original post the rear fan is also faulty but I'm not bothered by that as it is going in a box anyway as I have a full set of noctuas for the case. Thanks for any help you can give me.

Any info available or do I just need to sort out the RMA for the whole thing for 1 blemish on a single easy to replace panel.
