This is an on-going issue from 2010 (Query 0882729 - {F63810A5-4A14-4165-9377-F65DD8C8519E}) and was just wondering if 4 years later someone might be able to get to the bottom of it as it's a bit of an inconvenience of every time I want to order something have to call up/e-mail, explain the situation, try the same basic troubleshooting, faf faf faf, place order with free delivery
Basically I go through the motions of adding my account for free delivery, it says my account is already registered for free delivery but it doesn't remove delivery from my orders.
