    Its the Bitcoin logo. Probably means the card will somehow enable you to generate bitcoins.

    Or it may mean you can buy it with bitcoins.

    Either way the logo is the Bitcoin one.

    It looks like the B used for Bitcoin, Radeon cards were popular with Bitcoin miners as they could churn through workloads better than the nVidia equivalents, however most Bitcoin miners have moved on to cheaper, more powerful and more energy efficient alternatives since then.
