Free Shipping Problem

I'm trying to register for free shipping, but when I do, the Scan website is telling me that my Hexus account isn't found :-(

I'm using the correct user ID (from my profile page), username and email address.

Any ideas guys?

Last post was beginning of last year, so not exactly an active member, also if you have signed up via somewhere else, then I dont think the system allows you to sign up again
