EVGA 970 confusion

This product says:

FREE Witcher 3: The Wild Hunt Digital Download LN 63177
FREE EVGA backplate worth £15.50

But then has a note saying actually there isn't a free backplate (So why does it say there is?) and you need to order a different product at a higher cost to get the backplate 'free'.

Says:

The product appears to be set up to advertise that you get both the game and the backplate - which is what I am after. If I go for the other one, does it come with The Witcher?

I would also like to add this applies to the SSC version as well: LN62140 shows the same thing as the card the OP talks about but I can no see that LN63965 is the one I want. As such, I placed the order without scrolling down and seeing the description which states the same as the OP said about the SC card. When I went through to checkout after clicking the add to basket button, it also clearly states the game and backplate are free and added. This of course is not the case. This I need cancelling as this was not very clear, the order number is E2490662 just incase my request gets missed before it goes through: QLQ1461679.

Can I also ask why LN62140 has free delivery whereas LN63965 has a charge of £4.57 when essentially it is the same card but with the free backplate (which of course becomes less free due to the delivery). Also does LN63965 come with the free game?
