Scan free shipping issue

Hi,

I've got over the 20 posts allowance and its been more than 24 hours but the system is saying no Hexus account exists.

I've been using scan for years and I presume I would have used my personal email but there is a small chance it could have originally be registered using my old work email.

Any ideas what I can do?

You need to wait until past midnight on the day you achieve the 24 posts.

Yes i said in the OP it's been more than 24 hours. That's why I'm stuck.

The linking problem is now fixed.

OP has now got free carriage active on his account

If your reading this and have had problems over the last week or so, if you can retry now, all the problems should have gone and the accounts will now link as normal.

No, not possible.

A year old, but can't imagine the answer will have changed.

I'm afraid that this is not really possible. You can only activate 1 free delivery on your account and we are unable to swap them over.
