I bought an MSI GTX970 4G about 3 months ago and yesterday it went faulty. I've tried it in another rig and same fault carries across so sadly I know it's the card that is dead.
Real issue is that I bought the card at scan from the brick and mortar shop in Bolton and have not got the invoice (wind took it on way out of shop)
Does anyone here have any experience getting warranty replacements done instore? Will they have a record of my purchase so I dont have to go through old bank statements trying to find the purchase
