Nvidia Missing code

I ordered a 970 Graphics Card a week ago on the 31st of May and I have only received the Batman code, but missing The Witcher code. Please can you help me? I have sent a query but no reply. My query number is OLQ1479538

The scan guys here on the forums are usually very quick in picking these up, usually you would need to include your Invoice number however if you've sent off a query too that probably includes the invoice number already so you should be fine.

I'm not sure how active they are on weekends however. Also keep in mind the Batman + Witcher promotion ended, I'm not sure exactly when as I only found out 1/2 days ago when replying to another missing code thread. If thats the case it may be that Scan didn't update their website quickly enough to reflect that, the promotion may still have been active though, as I said I don't know when it ended exactly.

Regardless, Scan should get back to you quickly to help, just not sure how active they are on weekends.
