Report on order experience

I thought I would post my experience with my last order - only small but over £20 so free postage
Ordered on 16th June at 16.55 with a requested delivery date of 19th
Order placed 17.07
Authorised 17.08 so all in good shape
Order picked on the 17th June 11.27 - this one surprised me but pleasantly as it meant there was no chance of it going out of stock at the last minute
Dispatched 18th June 11.25
Received via DPD who were their usual efficient selves at 11.37 on the 19th (right at the start of the delivery window)
