After checking, Lithuania is available as a delivery area on the website via the drop-down menu.

Carriage is showing to start from £17.55 + VAT and generally takes between 4-6 days.

If you are VAT registered and wish to shop VAT free, if you contact the sales team with your VAT code, once verified and checked you can then raise the order with sales with the VAT removed.
