    Account info & Scan Hexus free postage

    Its about time I built myself a new main box and wanted to know what the score was with the free shipping deal ?

    I used it a few times in the past, but when going thru notes from my last orders the e-mail is no longer any good as the ISP (a great ISP) is gone taken over.

    What is the best way for me to sort the account,
    I cant log in because I cant remember the info,
    or should I just start again, I'm still at the same address.

    Scan will probably reply but not till Monday.... Chances are they will still have your old email on file, so may not be an issue, but it's their shout.

    If you are still at the same address the system will detect the account in place and probably stop the creation of another so its best to recover an account as opposed create a new one.
