    Annoyed at Scan RMA

    I ordered several items from Scan which all came boxed.

    The very next day i returned them, unopened.

    Now i get a rejection email stating the items have been used and there are bent pins on a motherboard!!!

    They say the PSU has been used, the CPU box opened!! The cooler used!!

    I cannot prove otherwise except i know i did not open any item or install any item!

    Mark, who i spoke to accused me of bending the motherboard pins!! This is just not on. In no way did i install anything. I did not open 'ANY' of the boxes of components. How can i prove i didn't open them?

    I have no alternative but to escalate this. Its a shame as i cannot prove i didn't open them or use them!
