Hi guys, I've just tried to update my billing address on the Scan account that's linked to me hexus login, and I got a message saying that there's already an account with those details. However I can't work out what the details of the other account would be, and when I tried to password reset the "other" account I'm not getting a reset email.
Could someone have a look into it; it's a bit disconcerting not being able to change my billing address!
