    Payment processed not picked all day?

    Hi Guys

    I placed an order for one of the 240G SanDisk SSD PLUS B.Friday SSD's and my order has been sitting at payment processed all day, I assume that this means I wont be seeing an SSD anytime soon as you have oversold the offer?

    Can you let me know whats happening?

    I don't wish to hijack this but I am in the same situation, I ordered an nVidia Shield on Friday and nothing has happened yet, I called Scan on Monday and it wasn't very helpful, a sort of watch this space phone call. The least Scan could of done is sent a blanket e-mail out to people explaining they can't meet the demand and orders will be delayed by a few days. I'd much prefer honesty then no communication at all.

    They must be struggling as on their web page it states :-

    You may experience a delay receiving your order due to the Black Friday weekend sale. As a result we are experiencing high call volumes, for up to date information on your order please use the online tracking link, alternatively you can log your query here. We are working around the clock to ensure all orders are shipped as fast as possible.

    Hopefully will get the orders out soon!

    After checking, it appears that this was delayed due to the massive picking queue we have at the moment due to the special offers over the weekend.

    This should be picked and packed today for delivery tomorrow.

    I feel your pain too.

    I also purchased a large order on Monday, only to get an email last night @ approx 9pm saying 1 of the items that was in stock when ordered was out of stock and to contact scan. Just contacted and told that yes I can amend item, but wont get items to me till possibly Friday or later!!!! Now I ordered on Monday to guarantee next day delivery as stated on website, so with possible hold ups delivery on Thurs so I could build on Friday. Nothing was said at time of purchase about any possible delays or for that matter, when ordering stock it could be allocated to someone else. Awaiting a phone call now from someone else, lets see how long that takes, and what will happen.

    I ordered something on Monday and it still hasnt been shipped

    Must have had a serious influx of orders on Friday.

    Customer services said they hope to get everything remaining on the backlog out today and tomorrow.

    My order from Friday has been picked today, but not despatched as of yet. I dare say anyone who ordered on Monday will be looking at tomorrow or Friday for despatch if it's done on a first come first save basis which I assume it is.

    Funny thing is ordered a sandisk SSD on sunday and that got delivered fine yesterday, while the order from Friday has not..

    Well I called today to cancel and the lady who answered said she would check at the warehouse and call back. This was about 30 mins ago.

    I really just wanted to cancel it as its beyond the point that it will arrive in time for me to do what I wanted to do with it.
