No Game with GFX card

Just purchased a load of new components and the Gigabyte 970 did not contain "the Division" free game as it stated on my order. I was expecting to see a card with the code so I could DL from Origin but nothing there.

Please advise how I get this resolved.

Have you checked your emails? I bought an MSI GTX970 a couple of days ago, from Scan, and they emailed me the code during the processing of my order.
Check through them all, as I don't remember it having a standy-outy title on the email.

Well spotted, thanks. Just checked old emails and there it was. Just goes to show how much I pay attention to emails.

Glad I spotted this as I have just ordered a 970 so will keep an eye on my mail box.

All the vouchers are done electronically now. it makes it easier to allocate etc and saves the trees I suppose which is also good

For future reference and for those reading this thread, I would double-check your email on your scan account is correct and updated as we've had a few reports of the vouchers going to older emails addresses.
