Be Quiet PSU Warranty

Hello. I'm about to purchase a Be Quiet Power Zone 850W Modular Power Supply which has a 5-year warranty. How long is the warranty with Scan? Many thanks.

The warranty type is showing to be return to base, so we (SCAN) would handle the RMA for the 60 months duration that is showing for this PSU.

Thanks Lee for the prompt reply. It's just that some of Be Quiet PSU warranties are showing otherwise like this one so I don't believe both would be correct.

The warranty is correct - I've checked with the returns Manager and for the PSU you have listed, the warranty is correct.

By all means you can deal with Be Quiet in Germany, but this would involve a longer RMA time and also higher shipping costs as opposed to dealing with us here at SCAN.

Are you saying some Be Quiet PSU's with a 5-year warranty are return to base and some are direct?

In this instance, the returns department have set it as a RTB warranty as we handle this on behalf of Be Quiet and can offer a quicker and cheaper turnaround when looking at carriage costs etc.
