How do we get our Hexus ID? Struggling to find that... I read the read text but I don't see it on my profile

Go to your profile page (click your username not My Profile) then My Activity, then scroll all the way to the bottom of the page and look for the blue footer bar, within that bar you will see Userid:xxxxxx

I didn't find that but I did notice on the link "view users posts" there was the user id in the url so got it that way!

im a newbie to the forum although a long term purchaser of scan products, a couple of questions 1. i assume posts on any part of hexus / scan forums count to the 20 minimum for free postage (wish i had known about this earlier would have saved a fortune) secondly my profile says it cant be edited - is this due to the fact I've just set it up ! actually ive a third question how come i can post attachments or edit posts is that due to being a noob on the forum. Thanks

I have all my details, both email's the same and just get "Your HEXUS account is not found - please check your details and try again."
I did change my hexus email address a week or so ago but that shouldn't matter surely if both the scan account and hexus share the same email?

I seem to no longer be getting a free delivery option - I double checked and my email has not been changed since I registered on Hexus. When checking the eligibility page, it says my "hexus account has already been associated with a scan account."

Are you hitting they minimum spend? £20 before vat? Ie. £25 Inc vat?
