Scan haven't been here for a long time mate, you are better off ringing them
Also, it does say you need to be an active member, and 37 posts in 7 years isn't _that_ active....
Same as abit I expect, they possibly paid to be part of the forum, not really sure as don't know but I know they haven't been here in a very long time
I would assume there was some relationship, but even as a forum admin, I had no involvement in and not much knowledge of the commercial aspects. I would just assume there still is, or the "Official Customer Support" bit would have changed. But then, I'm even more out of the loop now, so .... dunno.
Almost a year since they were last on, you would think you would check in at least once in that time unless of course whatever arrangement they had has now expired

You'd have to check that with the Hexus Moderators - but it's possible some may be flagged to be manually moderated.
I've had the same account not found issues
just spoke with customer service online chat, he said they would look into it and in the mean time if I need to make an order, just do so and then contact them and they'll refund the shipping.
I don't need anything just yet, I just wanted it set up and ready for when I do

If you can get in contact with them, seems hit and miss at the moment. A few people have had similar issues, so its not just you
