I wondered the same thing re server change. But if the issue is Scan's end there's presumably not much more Hexus can do.

New account here, only a few months old. Also having the same problem where it says it doesn't recognise my details even though they're correct and I meet the criteria.

It seems there was an issue.. I have just received this reply from Scan.

I have been informed that there has been an issue with Hexus and contacting our servers which should now have been rectified. You can try to associate your account again. Unfortunately, we are unable to do this for you."

So is it 20 posts or 25? As the faq suggests 20 but have read 25 a couple of times?
It's 20 but not some one word answers to some thread from years ago.

Hopefully it's fixed ASAP as I'm waiting to order lots of parts for my computer which is currently half broken and I'm still trying to use it :laugh:.
I did just try the form again and it's still not currently working. Seems like previous comments may be correct, sounds like the recent server change might've broken it.
Might be worth dropping scan a message. I spoke with a guy called Luke on webchat last week and explained the problem. He told me that if I make a purchase then get in touch with the invoice number and they will refund the shipping.
Just bought a 3070 tonight so I'll message them tomorrow and see if they honour the shipping refund.
Also getting an account is not found error

Anyone know why free shipping doesn't apply when choosing Paypal as the payment method?
