Odd. this sounds like an issue on their end as it's part of the checkout so you'll need to try and contact them about that. I'll see if I can get their attention about it tomorrow.

If you're in the habit of buying items online over the value of £100, it's worth having a credit card just for the added consumer protection it gives you. I don't think debit cards offer the same protection. The other advantage is that a responsibly used credit card can help increase your credit rating, which can help if you want to get loans or mortgage later in life. Problems arise of course, if you find the credit facility too tempting, & you get into debt...

Am I right in thinking that scan account email has to match hexus account email? I had some issues activating my nexus account on the original email I input so had to change that via settings to a spare email and the activation came through straight away.
I've just, after ordering a 3060Ti in December that I didn't get free shipping, just checked my account and my email was set to my old NTLWorld account, what do I need to do to activate my free shipping moving forwards?
don't waste your time mate, David messaged me last year and asked for personal details to which I replied straight away and go nothing back which is quite worrying and not what I'd expect from scan! I've lost out on a few postage savings now due to this. My email/password the lot matches what it is on scan and still it claims my username doesn't exist. Rubbish!
