Probably because you only just reached the 20 post limit yesterday so Scan's systems haven't updated yet

Ahhh right, it's a bit annoying, as i waited until the next day, like the linked thread days. Guess I'll just have to wait and see what happens.
Just wondering does the scan free postage expire. It has been a quite a while since I ordered anything from scan, and to be honest it has been quite a while since I last posted on Hexus too. I've pretty much only used Hexus for the competitions for some time (not that I've won anything). I tend to use Hexus when I've got questions (and quite feasibly this isn't good enough - I guess I should be contributing more), but I was just about to buy something from scan for my son (its actually cheaper on ebuyer - but with free postage scan wins). Any way just wondering? There is no urgency for the purchase.

I had a very old scan account (login including postcode & mothers maiden name) which got closed and had to open a new account - but my hexus account is still locked to the old account. Can it be moved to my new account?

Curious, because my account certainly doesn't appear to be receiving the hexus free shipping any more. I want to buy internal ssd for a laptop, but when I sign in and add it to my basket there is no option for free postage.
Just tried ordering a filter and no free delivery option for me either. I made a purchase on the 15th May which had free delivery so has something changed since last month?
Edit: Nevermind, forgot about the min spend of £20 although last months order was £9.98 and did qualify for free delivery.

Tetley: Could simply be that the item you purchased had it's own free carriage independent of the main offer. The min limit is £20 for the Hexus carriage.

Your join date is 2014, is there any chance that you have changed e-mail address since and have entered a different one for Scan?
Dear Scan, I'm trying to order something over £20 but it's there's no free carriage option for me? Any help would be great.
Edit: actually the EX-vat price £19.99 so looks like I'll have to spend more..
