Well purchased a £515 motherboard on 18/7/2016 came broken top pcie, I immediately contacted customer services but they were closed; I emailed them regarding the issue however I mixed up my statement by mentioning another product(cpu) from another retailer I ordered which did not post.
Basically on that day I emailed two retailers which emails got mixed up and scan now are saying I accepted the damage. Which is absurd.
I also tried updating them via live chat during rma process however customer services said I had to wait 5/7 days
