Scan forum account activation emails

I have 2 scan forum accounts on different email addresses setup, I can log in on either but neither have had the activation email come through so can't post, password reset emails also not showing up . Nothing in spam folders on either.

Have tried sending a Private Message to scanadmin on 18th December 2016, also tried contact us form no replis as yet. I realise it's xmas/new year so it's going to get busy.

Alas I do not have Private Messaging options available as yet on these forums. Anyway one of the user ID affected is
Guest,
that comer is in the user name
PM are enabled on the scan forums though
Is there anyway to tell if the activation email & password reset emails are going from scan.co.uk forums??

Guests:

SCAN and HEXUS are separate companies. HEXUS hosts SCAN's support pages, and SCAN has its own moderators for its pages only. You need 15 posts to enable private messaging.

If you have had an account on HEXUS before, please post in this thread

Its the ones over at scan.co.uk forums, I cant post on there as the activation email has not been received, hence the need to post here
