Scan finance, no order confirmation

Hello. I recently placed on order with scan finance and V12. I filled out all the forms, completed the application and it was accepted and so I received an e-mail from V12 saying that "We have advised Scan Computers that they can now process your order."

However, I have not received any form of confirmation from Scan and under order history on their website there are no orders to display. Is this usual and how long does it usually take for me to receive a confirmation that my item is being dispatched? Thank you.
