Hi guys,
I have had to send back my Zotac 970 card under warranty which was received by yourselves on the 19/01, (im thinking quick turnaround. I sent on a next day am delivery at my own expense) as there were fan issues -( tested and confirmed by yourselves.) This was then sent back to your supplier and i was informed of a 28 day wait, this is now gone from 4 weeks 6 weeks , " because of the age of the card" - i was told on the chat . So my question is as the title, how long should I have to wait for a resolution to this, or will it be strung out even longer?
