Scan has messed up for the last time

Here we go again ordered graphics card 8GB Asus RX 480 Dual OC.
Order in good time for Saturday delivery.
Checked the status of my order still not picked.
Then received an email the Doom game that was free with my card was unavailable
So would be posted when available.Nothing at all about where and when my graphics card would be delivered.
its now nearly 12pm and still my order has not been picked.
This is not the first time this has happend with my scan orders.
Will be ringing scan in the morning for a full refund

Sorry scan but you have messed me about again I will not be shopping with you again.
