    3.2ghz Prescotts SSPEC S478

    LN6905-3.2GHz Intel PentiumĀ® 4 S478 CPU "Prescott" (800FSB) HT 1MB Cache *Retail*

You guys wouldn't happen to know the SSPEC of the current stock? Reason being is I could do with one that is either a

    SL7B8 (C0 Skt478)
    or
    SL79M (C0 Skt478)

So it has the capabilities to drop the multi down to 14 and only these SSPEC'd processors do it. It should be the last 5 characters at the end of one of the codes on the box.

    Thanks for your help anyway.

    edit:

EG. the last 5 on that product code.

Sorry, but because we get our CPU's from more than 1 supplier it is totally impossible to guarantee the stepping as I may get 1 from the warehouse and tell you that code on that processor and then you may recieve a totally different processor.

I hope this explains our situation.
