Where are the email updates?

Guys,

I placed an order on the 8th of Feb and only have had the inital email to say order received and no other emails.

Have checked the online checker and it says eta for dispatch for delivery is 9th but it hasn't moved on from invoice printed.

Whats going on?

Hi,

There seems to be a problem in authorising the payment. If you contact the Customer Service department on 0870 755 4747 option 1/1 they shall be able to see what the problem is for you.
