Well can't you email them, tell them the site doesn't work, and say you'll send them a cheque?

I dont know who to make it payable to or anything, and its really bugging me. if u look further down the page some other guy had same problem, someone pm'd him, so he get the problem resolved without anyone seeing what to do. *sighs* always goes wrong dont it, thanx for helping out tho m8

Also i dont have an email address, I have nothing because my bleeding mum threw out the paperwork. website was my only hope and i know scan works with cetelem, because its this pc im on right now I need to pay off lol.

You need to ring them so they can send you your settlement details through the post unfortunatly this is the only way you can do it the number is 0870 758 1212 which is charged at BT normal national rate.
