I am looking for 16GB Kit (2 x 8GB) DDR4 Memory for Gigabyte H370M D3H motherboard. Could you suggest some which would be compatible. Budget about £170.

Have a look at pcpartpicker you can do a full build there and it will verify compatibility. If you're super concerned, take a look at the gigabyte site for that board under the support section. There's a PDF download for gigabyte tested memory.
