Hi. I recently had to return a faulty graphics card to Scan and everything so far has been dealt with nice and efficiently. The fault has been found and my return is at the 'credit approved' stage for a refund. I spoke to an advisor who guaranteed I would be receiving a refund but it may not be put through today. Satisfied that I would get my refund, I have now ordered a replacement GPU using my credit card (as I need one quickly) but just wondered how long it might take for the refund to be sent? (I realise it will then take some time to clear for me). I'm just curious as to how long it might be seeings as the test has been done and the refund has been agreed, why has it not been put through? Thanks.

(I wanted to go for a different model/brand which is why I opted for a refund rather than an exchange on the faulty one).
