I ordered the same one last night and it said on the site they were due in today. Looks like that is not the case though
I've still not received any email about any delay to my pre order of the 2080 TI.
Last email I got was, it will be dispatched on the 20th. I've spent £3000 with scan the last 2 years and now I feel I need to take my custom elsewhere.
Just an email saying it's delayed would of been actual customer service.
If it's that important you get an update, phone them?
I imagine they had a large number of pre-orders so are likely working through a back log and from previous threads / posts of similar nature, they work on a first come first serve basis so they will be back filling orders, in the order they came in.
I understand the frustration, but it always amuses me when people seemingly think that mentioning how much they've spent in x time, warrants them a quicker response...
I spent nearly 3K in one order this year, does that mean my next order should be processed before anyone else?

I don't think you get it, I'm not annoyed about the Nvidia delay. I'm annoyed scan haven't told me that card purchase won't arrive on the 20th, like the email from last Saturday said.
And I've spoke to them now on Twitter.
I think you're mistake, looking at the website, the thing you are talking about saying there are x amount of people buying the current card, not bought...
With all due respect, Supra, I don't think you got it. Nothing I said was with regards to NVidia, my point was to speak to SCAN as I stated...
But, you seem to have got it sorted
