    Poor customer service over the 2080 TI release

    I've still not received any email about any delay to my pre order of the 2080 TI.

    Last email I got was, it will be dispatched on the 20th. I've spent £3000 with scan the last 2 years and now I feel I need to take my custom elsewhere.

    Just an email saying it's delayed would of been actual customer service.

    People online are telling me it's more likely October, which quite Frank's annoys me.

    Hi SupraHadouken

    The delays are wide spread, not a lot we can do about this as supply from NVIDIA is the issue, the delays are not ideal for anyone,

    If you can PM me your Invoice number I will see what the latest info is for the card you have ordered and check the email updates issue as delayed emails are being sent out.

    Not sure how to PM. I've spoken to your Twitter team since this and also received another email yesterday saying my expected dispatch date is the 27th. Not counting my chickens though, I know there's a problem with all companies. I've been told I'm 56th in the queue and my order is 00E3357839

    In the same boat with this, wouldn't mind a delay if the communication was better, ordered the MSI Trio X and received an email week before the 20th advising my dispatch date had changed to the 20th, nothing showed up. Then the next email comes through saying the dispatch date is 27th and again nothing.

    Not been chasing with customer services as I know its not the guys on the front line causing the issue and likely Nvidia/MSI but it's getting old fast receiving one date and then it coming and going without any further communication.

    I cancelled, I was told on the phone that they have over 200 preorders for the Trio and that they were only getting just over 10 cards a day to ship out to customers. I'll save my money until prices drop before bothering again. £1200 for the 2080ti is just too much, I can upgrade the rest of my system to cutting edge hardware for the same money. Gonna wait for the 9900k next month instead.

    No doubt I'll receive another auto generated email saying the MSI 2080ti Trio X I paid for will have an estimated despatch date of Thursday 4th October, then Thursday 11th of October and so on.

    It's the same for the product main page, Scan UK are sailing very close to breaking the UK Advertising Standards Agency code for product availability by just slapping on these meaningless incremental dates for despatch.

    It's obviously now a paper launch, I just wish Scan had been honest about that fact and printed available from mid October/early November

    I've been trying to get some basic information from SCAN regarding my order and have just been left with 'Wait and see'. Very disappointing I just want an explanation of why they're so delayed and a rough estimate of when stock is arriving.

    i ordered on the 23rd of august still havent got my card and hardly had any communication its dragging on to long

    The date changes from OVerdue since 27th sept to october 12th, then back...
