    Dead AsRock C2750D4I

    Hi Guys,

I placed an order with you back in October 2015 (*SNIP*) - everything has been fine up until today when the the machine I built needed rebooting, but will now only seem to start powering up for a few seconds before dying (power button has no effect).

Having a Google pointed me towards this thread which sounds like pretty bad news - I have the exact same symptoms as the OP.

I don't know where I sit in terms of warranty seeing as it was apparently a known issue back in 2016 - but obviously I'm only finding out about it far too late. (I'm running Firmware Revision: 0.23.0).

What can you guys do to help me out?

    Thanks,
    Mark

[e!] Kept reading forums... suggestion is that ASRock have a 4-year warranty on this board. I will reach out to them for an RMA and will update this thread.
[e!!] ASRock have informed me that the board is in warranty and so I have posted off to them (NL). So far, so good.
[e!!!] ASRock shipped me a new motherboard which arrived yesterday, installed back in the box and back up and running. Not bad!

@Mods - feel free to close this one.
